Designation: Sales Executive

Experience required-  3-7 years
Reporting To: Branch Manager
Vacancy: 5
Salary Range – 15K- 35K /month + allowance + target bonus

Physical Work Area - Northern India comprising of States:  DELHI/NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttrakhand, Jammu Kashmir & Bihar.


  • Sales & Marketing of real estate Project (sales involving Residential,  Commercial, Hotel & Industrial Projects).
  • Formulating Business Goals, Short-term and Long-term budgets and developing a business plan for the achievement of these goals.
  • Handling Key Account Management.
  • Meeting Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Sales / Collection Target & managing as a Profit Centre Head.
  • Formulation of sales strategies and related business policies.
  • Retail sales channels developments.
  • Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers and channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach for customer mapping.
  • Monitoring Key Accounts Sales and implementing effective strategies to maximise sales and accomplishment of revenue and collection targets.
  • Identifying prospective New Clients to generate business
  • Tracking market/ competitor trends to keep abreast the changing client's requirement/ expectations.
  • Preparation of Management Information System & Reports for fine-tuning sales strategy and product development plans.
  • Preparing & controlling expense budgets for sales & marketing for the FY.
