About the position:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Experience: 7-9 relevant years of experience

No. of working days- 5

Professional Skills: The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented, driven by numbers, articulate, assertive, ambitious and very positive in outlook. Great account management and regular follow-ups should already be strengths. Expertise in selling mid to large value service deals to the corporate sector would be an added advantage.

Personal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly energetic and resourceful, able to multi task. Very fluent in English.

CTC Range: 7 – 8 Lakhs + Incentives

Specific industry experience: Business development or Selling expertise in the hospitality, event management, training, information services or media industries would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete account handling experience.
  • Manage team building and employee engagement sales for the region you will work in:
  • Develop a strong understanding and knowledge of key sectors targeted by the organization, and gain sectorial/account expertise when necessary to maximize business.
  • Prepare lead reports, events and program forecasts and other supporting documents.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and pursuit of strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders in order to drive the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the team to plan and formulate a sales strategy for the business.
  • Present and sell team building and employee engagement services to targeted corporates in the region
  • Manage existing accounts and generate new opportunities in each
  • Achieve planned sales and revenue targets for the financial year
  • Build and leverage strong, lasting relationships with people inside and outside of the business
  • Work with our partners and event agencies to develop and sell team building event requirements
  • Forecasting, sales trends and reporting for the region
