Business Development/ Account Manager:
* Minimum 2-5 years of direct/ indirect Staffing business development experience.
* Building up client relationships.
* Strong Can do attitude and a quick learner.
* Handle the entire sales cycle, from developing new or existing client relationship to recruitment to delivery.

Job Description:
• Search resumes in various available Job Portals
• Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
• Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level
• Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position
• Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate s experience and requirement
• Submit the profile of the candidate to AM for approval.
• Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.
• Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment
• Negotiate on Salary aspects Assist Account Manager(s)/Team Lead with urgent technical requirements.
