1. A strong programming background in Java, working in technologies like JSF, Hibernate, Jboss.
2. Experienced in Unix / Linux environments.
3. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
4. A strong desire and aptitude for learning new technologies.
5. Experience in system design and architecture development.
6. Ability to leverage open source software.
7. Experience using XML, Ajax, JQuery and very strong Java Script.
8. Experience – 2 to 3 years in relevant technologies.
Desired:
1. Ability to work in a fast paced, self directed and action oriented environment.
2. Strong development experience in enterprise class server and web application products.

Job Description
Developing product is a much bigger challenge as compared to developing custom IT projects. You will be part of a very experienced product team that is building sate of art products for Marine industry. You will be involved in all aspects of the software development and maintenance life cycles ensuring high quality output in the following areas:
 Requirement analysis and functional specification development.
 You will be required to actively participate in architectural and technical evaluations as development plans are established.
 Code development and Code reviews.
 Reliability, scalability and performance analysis and improvements.
 Be accountable for meeting your commitments to ensure that programs complete on time and meet or exceed customer expectations.
 Be willing to work on additional tasks and responsibilities that contribute towards the Client, Company and Team.
 You will have direct influence on the decisions and outcomes related to project direction.
