Job Description
Design Lead
Responsibilities
1. Manage a team of designers for the TRI team at imfinity. This requires setting clear goals, managing project loads and allocating designers accordingly, ensuring deadlines are met and setting up team members for overall success
2. Lead design throughout the entire product lifecycle, design use cases, task flows, and detailed mockups for development and QA.
3. Set the design direction for the different products and applications being developed
4. Guide the team to develop best practices for ensuring a high bar of quality
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with consulting and engineering to ensure a smooth design process
6. Recruit new designers and actively participate in the hiring process
7. Execute in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment

Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years of design experience
2. Excellent graphics, layout and UI abilities. A keen sense of design and aesthetics.
3. Strong design portfolio with examples of well-thought out interactions and clear visuals across web applications (not just static web sites)
4. Technical expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
5. Ability to write well-abstracted, reusable code for UI components.
6. Experience and expertise in improving user experience and designing usability.
7. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
8. Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
