Candidate Profile
Required:
1. Good experienced in automated testing using selenium.
2. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
3. A strong desire and aptitude for learning and able to grasp the business domain quickly.
4. Ability to leverage open source software.
5. Total Experience – 2 to 3 years in testing and minimum one year with selenium.
6. Good selenium testing experience
7. Manual black box testing experience.
Desired:
1. Ability to work in a fast paced, self directed and action oriented environment.
2. Strong testing experience in enterprise class web application products.
3. JBoss Seam Architecture, EJB
Job Description
Developing product is a much bigger challenge as compared to developing custom IT projects. Testing is a most important component for any product. You will be part of a very experienced product team that is building sate of art products for Marine industry. You will be involved in all aspects of the software testing:
 You will be required to be part of the discussions during the Requirement analysis and functional specification phase.
 Selenium script development and execution.
 Reliability, scalability and performance testing of the project.
 Be accountable for meeting your commitments to ensure that programs complete on time and meet or exceed customer expectations.
 Be willing to work on additional tasks and responsibilities that contribute towards the Client, Company and Team.
 You will have direct influence on the decisions and outcomes related to project direction.
