ABOUT THE ROLE:
Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate, train, and enhance foundational LLM models for ServiceNow scripting languages, focusing on improving co-pilot features for accurate and context-aware automation support.
Conduct regular evaluations and feedback loops to refine LLM-based integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Fine-tune models using techniques such as Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) to optimize ServiceNow’s scripting capabilities, including JavaScript, GlideScript, and advanced querying techniques like GlideQuery and Dot-walking.Develop and implement automated processes using ServiceNow's scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.), leveraging advanced techniques for data manipulation and workflow automation.
Optimize existing scripts and workflows to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability within the ServiceNow platform.
This is not a ServiceNow admin job, but a LLM trainer job in the context of ServiceNow development with a focus on ServiceNow scripting.
Job Requirements:
Tech Skills:
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically in developing and implementing custom integrations and applications using ServiceNow APIs.
Strong experience on at least one module other than ITSM like HRSD/ITOM/CSM/ITAM/FSM etc.
Any module specific CIS certification will be preferred.
Experience in creating and modifying ServiceNow based technical requirements.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript, with expertise in advanced querying techniques like GlideQuery and Dot-walking.
ServiceNow certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), are highly desirable.
Experience with ATF testing, ServiceNow REST API, and the ServiceNow SDK are desired.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to details.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate and improve scripting solutions based on performance metrics and business needs.
