18+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud engineering, or platform engineering.
5+ years in engineering leadership roles(Director) managing infrastructure teams.
Deep experience with AWS services, VMWare and hybrid cloud architectures.
Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, and distributed systems.
Experience implementing infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.
Demonstrated experience operating infrastructure platforms supporting large-scale SaaS environments.
Strong ability to utilize AI tools as a force multiplier, and advocate for the use of these tools by teams

Interview Guidelines:
Profile Review: The candidate’s profile will be shared with the Business Leader for review.
Level I Interview – Initial Screening: Shortlisted candidates will meet with the VP, SRE, or Sr. Director, TechOps for an initial screening.
Level II Interview – Technical Round I: Shortlisted candidates will meet with the alternate panel member from Level I (VP, SRE, or Sr. Director, TechOps) for the first technical interview.
Level III Interview – Technical Round II: Shortlisted candidates will meet with the Sr. VP, TechOps for the second technical interview.
Level IV – Aptitude Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will complete the UCAT aptitude test.
Level V – HR Discussion: Final shortlisted candidates will have an HR discussion with the Sr. Director, HR.
