About the position:
Designation: Director Symphony Implementation (Salesforce)

Experience required- 18-22 yrs

Reporting To:  Director/ VP

Vacancy: 1

Work Location - Bangalore, Noida, Coimbatore

Interview Processes- 3 Rounds of Tech interview + 2 HR rounds

Work from office- 5 days/week

 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is for their Product which is built on SFDC

It is a 70% technical and 30% people management role

Job Description:

As the Sr. Director you will lead a team of Salesforce developers, QA professionals, and Database Administrators (DBAs) in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Symphony solutions.

In this role, you'll provide strategic direction and technical leadership in Salesforce architecture design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

As a seasoned Salesforce expert, you'll oversee the end-to-end development process, from solution design to implementation, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

With your strong leadership skills and deep technical expertise, you'll drive innovation and excellence in Salesforce architecture, delivering scalable and sustainable solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Salesforce Architecture Leadership:

Provide strategic direction and leadership in Salesforce architecture design and implementation to meet business objectives.

Define and maintain the overall Salesforce/Symphony architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

Team Management:

Manage and mentor a team of 20 Salesforce developers, QA professionals, and Database Administrators (DBAs), providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Solution Design and Development:

Lead the design and development of scalable and sustainable Salesforce/Symphony solutions, leveraging platform capabilities and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver customized Salesforce applications and integrations.

Technical Leadership:

Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture, providing technical guidance and expertise to the development team and stakeholders.

Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, features, and best practices, and assess their potential impact on existing and future solutions.

Governance and Compliance:

Establish and enforce Salesforce governance policies and best practices to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Monitor and evaluate Salesforce/Symphony usage and performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with Clients to understand their requirements and priorities and translate them into scalable and effective Salesforce/Symphony solutions.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner, and proactively address their concerns.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with Salesforce partners and vendors, including consultants, implementation partners, and AppExchange vendors, to support project delivery and ongoing platform maintenance.

 

Must-Haves :

Technical Architect / Director in Salesforce

Salesforce Development, Product implementation , Client interaction and delivery management .S

strong Verbal & written communication skills are a must

Immediate -30 days joiners are preferred

Minimum Relevant Experience:  Relevant 12+ yrs minimum in Salesforce development

Education/qualification:  Btech/Mtech/MBA/MCA

Team Size handled: 30
