Experience required – 5-10 years

2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

5 years in Employee Engagement and Grievance Redressal,

2 years in HR Policies.

Experience working with CPA, Accounting, or Financial Services firms.

Should have experience hiring for Tax and Audit roles.

 

Nice to Haves :

Payroll, Insurance, Exits and compliance.

 

Additional Guidelines :

Work from office (4 days working from office and 1 day work from home)

Timings:  12.30 pm to 9.30 pm

Location – Mumbai Goregaon East, Nesco

Travel time should be max. 1 hour.

Interview Mode: 1R1 - Virtual and  R2 - In-Person if local, If out of Mumbai will need to come for an In-person for final round on own expense

About the Vacancy:

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsibilities:

Lead all HR functions for our clients over the entire HR lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Employee Engagement and Grievance Redressal, HR Policies, Insurance, Exits and compliance.

Monitor market trends & advise client on best practices for compensation, performance management, promotions and employee retention.

Create a talent acquisition strategy. Execute it using innovative hiring practices, build a talent pipeline. Continue to monitor market trends and bring suggestions to continually improve how things are done.

Organize recruiting events, attend various networking events and represent the company at HR related events. Networking is a key skill for this role.

Manage all open positions, ensuring that we hire high quality candidates and offer them a great hiring experience.

Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and manage the hiring process.

Manage multiple, overlapping projects to completion, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.

Ensure POSH compliance for clients. Guide and support client for POSH policies, and POSH incidence management.

Manage & support team for timely completion of all regular HR activities and compliance including payroll, employee reimbursement, liaise with different service providers, insurance providers, and ensure compliance with the Shops & Establishments Act.

Experience & Skills:

7-10 years of HR expertise

Prior experience in recruitment would be highly preferred

MBA in HR from a recognized B-School is preferred

Great communication and networking skills
