About the position:
Designation: Implementation Consultant
Experience required- 3-8 years.
Reporting To: Manager
Vacancy: 2
Work Mode - Hybrid (minimum 2 days in week)
Shift timing - 12 pm to 9 pm IST or 5 pm to 2 am IST
Interview Processes- 4 rouns (3 technical + 1 HR)
Interview Process -
1 round HR screening
2 round Client Screening
3 Test (Logical reasoning, SQL & Excel)
4 Client round
(Should be good in excel, SQL, Maths )
ABOUT THE ROLE:
A Implementation Consultant should have a good understanding of best practices, can execute on tasks with limited supervision from others.
Individuals will create intermediate level insight and recommendations in their area of expertise. Individuals in this role will continue to provide support to the analytics team members and begin to lead the client service efforts with intermediate complexity.
Perform the following responsibilities at an intermediate level:
Deliver assigned tasks/projects and tickets (as applicable) on time and to the defined quality standards. Use the company’s solutions, tools, and processes to meet the requirements of internal and external customers.
Demonstrate product competency and ability to implement best practices, and share this knowledge with colleagues and customers.
Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders/partners (as applicable) to ensure work priorities and stakeholder deliverables are scoped, met, or escalated.
Analyze, research, and resolve complex issues both independently and through interaction with clients, colleagues, and other departments.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of company processes.
Independently provide solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation activities to internal stakeholders to ensure governance standards are adhered to.
Must-Haves :
Mandate - Should have worked on Confluence Unity FR / Confluence Unity (platform) - 3 years,
SQL - 3 years,
Excel - 3 years
Need from Investment Banking Domain
Communication skills should be very good as the candidate will be interacting with US Clients.
Nice to Haves :
Associate Implementation consultant, Client-facing, Preparing Investment Holding Reports, More of an Analytical role.
Should know Excel., PDF, PPT,
Someone from Sci, Maths and Finance, Software, or Fintech background is preferred. 3 to 5 years of exp.
