About the Vacancy:

Designation –  Salesforce Implementation Lead

Work Location –Bangalore/Noida/Coimbatore

Experience required – 9-12 years

Reporting To: Manager

Work Mode- Work from the office

Interview process – 4 rounds of technical interview + 1 HR round

 

Skills needed

Client-Facing Responsibilities

? Support the configuration of the Salesforce environment according to client specifications and project scope

? Design and provide training for clients at various levels, including administrator and end users based on project implementation goals.

? Conduct discovery meetings with clients to determine requirements as appropriate

? Follow best practices and standards in software design, development, and deployment. Develop full migration and implementation plans that address both tactical and strategic needs of the client. Internal Responsibilities

? Own project delivery through full implementation lifecycle on multiple simultaneous projects.

? Configure solutions with Salesforce products, as needed to complete project goals. Plan and execute data migrations from legacy data systems to Salesforce. Investigate and implement third party tools that integrate with Salesforce.

? Partner with the internal development team to create custom code, including composing of user stories, testing, and deployment

? Provide weekly governance reports in a timely manner on overall project(s) status to project

PM Requirements

? 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant

? Salesforce Admin Certification is required. Additional Salesforce Certifications are preferred

? Experience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement custom solutions

? Strong knowledge of Agile project delivery practices, requirements gathering, user story prioritization and solid UAT guidelines required

? Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations and other online collaboration tools like JIRA and Teams are required

? Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work as well as work independently is necessary

? Demonstrated business aptitude with the ability to translate practical business concepts into technical specifications.

? Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.

? Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing client demands.

? Learning agility, including a demonstrated ability to pick up and master business and technical subject matters quickly

 

MUST Haves:

Experience in both development and admin  - Minimum 5 - 6 years

Leading a team of 4 people with experience in product implementation. - Minimum 2 years

NP:  immediate -  Max 30 days joining
