Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Solution Architect with expertise in Power Apps, Power BI, .NET, SharePoint, and Generative AI.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the latest technologies and trends to deliver strategic solutions that enhance business capabilities and streamline processes.
The Solution Architect will play a key role in presales activities, working with the sales team to create compelling proposals and win client engagements. Additionally, the role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that meet the company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture Design:
Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power BI, .NET, SharePoint, and Generative AI technologies.
Ensure the architecture is scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
Business Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions that drive business transformation.
Presales and Proposal Creation:
Work closely with the sales and presales teams to understand client needs and create tailored technical solutions.
Prepare detailed proposals, including scope, timelines, cost estimations, and technology recommendations.
Act as a subject matter expert during client presentations and RFP responses.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and quality assurance guidelines.
Technology Integration: Drive the integration of multiple technologies, including Power Apps, Power BI, .NET, and SharePoint, to create seamless user experiences and automate business workflows.
Generative AI Expertise:
Utilize Gen AI to enhance solution capabilities, driving innovation and automating decision-making processes where applicable.
Implement AI-driven solutions that provide business insights and improvements.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of the solutions.
Ensure alignment between business goals and IT strategy.
Governance and Compliance: Establish best practices for solution architecture governance, ensuring solutions comply with security, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for solution design, delivery, and support.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical leadership role. Proven expertise in Power Apps and Power BI with hands-on experience in building applications, dashboards, and reports.
Strong experience in .NET Development (C#, ASP.NET) and designing enterprise-level solutions. In-depth knowledge of SharePoint (development, configuration, and customization).
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (ChatGPT, large language models, or AI-driven solutions).
Proven experience in presales activities, including preparing and presenting proposals, responding to RFPs, and engaging with clients to understand their technical needs.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to architect complex systems and solutions.
Excellent understanding of system integration, APIs, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and software development life cycles.
Experience with enterprise-grade applications and scalability requirements.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to design and implement secure, high-performance solutions.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Exceptional proposal writing and presentation skills.
Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Generative AI-related certifications (desirable)
