Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Client Relationship & Services Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in liaising with Government Projects, a successful track record in sales of IT Products and services, exceptional team-building skills, and the ability to design and execute business processes that align with client requirements while upholding company policies.

In addition, the candidate should demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding client services.

 

Responsibilities: 

Liaison for Government Projects:

Demonstrate hands-on experience in liaising with Government Projects, understanding their unique requirements, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Navigate and manage the complexities of government projects to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Sales of IT Products & Services:

Drive sales initiatives for IT Products and services, meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Client Services Excellence:

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses, ensuring a proactive and anticipatory approach to their needs.

Oversee the delivery of exceptional client services, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client's needs and objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.

Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve client services and enhance the overall client experience.

Team Building & Handling:

Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment.

Provide mentorship and support for professional development to team members.

Design & Execute Business Processes:

Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.

Design and implement effective business processes that align with client expectations while adhering to company policies.

Monitor and evaluate the success of implemented processes, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Business Administration(MBA – Preferred) with over 5 years, or any Masters Degree with Sales/Client Relationship/Account Management Exp of over 7 years.

Proven experience in liaising with Government Projects.

Knowledge of IT industry Technologies, trends and regulations.Demonstrated success in sales of IT Products & Services.Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to design and execute business processes that meet client needs.

Must-Haves :

3 - 4 years  Proven experience in liaising with Government Projects,

Current Sales of IT Products & Services

5 -6 years Client Services Excellence
