Job Summary:

Architecture Governance Lead

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

�       Operate the Architecture Governance Practice as part of the Enterprise Architecture team, including operating the firm’s Architecture Council

�       Educate senior stakeholders in business and technology about the nature and value of Architecture Governance Practice

�       Serve as a partner to business and technical leaders during strategic planning to assure strategic alignment of technology investments

�       Deliver captivating messages through excellent written and vocal material to cultivate senior stakeholders’ buy-in

�       Develop the governance strategies, principles, and standards to guide architecture decision making across the organization

�       Build and maintain a standard set of enterprise architecture governance tools and processes that will provide the right level of governance for all EisnerAmper teams

�       Build and maintain the repository of Architecture governance artifacts, including Policies, Standards, Procedures & Guidelines, Principles, and Decision Records

�       Supervise architecture reviews to identify improvement opportunities

�       Foster productive working relationships with all business and technical leaders, and effectively manage their expectations. Establish the role of leader, consultant, coach, and mentor to support teams and team members through a continuous improvement journey

We are looking for someone who has:

�       Thorough and in-depth knowledge of business and application architecture concepts, processes, and tools

�       Excellent written and oral communication skills, e.g., adept at storytelling, presenting thoughts effectively and persuasively to individuals at all levels within the organization including senior leaders

�       Experience in creating visual narratives that support a clarity & understanding of architecture initiatives and roadmaps

�       Self-motivated, self-starter who can work independently and deliver incremental results

�       Strong organizational skills with the ability to enhance the firm’s controls framework, including policies & procedures, and training to provide optimal solutions

�       Ability to foster strong professional relationships & partnerships and highly effective facilitation skills within small or large group settings

�       Experience with handling complicated or delicate internal issues that have an important impact on the business

�       Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel

Basic Qualifications:

�       5+ years of technology change / project management experience

�       Experience with enterprise architecture processes and governance models

�       Experience in strategic planning & investment governance

�       Experience leading governance forums

�       Experience with creating roadmaps for execution

�       Proven experience in succeeding in environments with significant ambiguity

 Desirable Exposure (exposure to one or more of the following disciplines confers a distinct advantage):

�       Enterprise Architecture business-architecture-focused frameworks such as TOGAF

�       Six Sigma

�       IASA, ISACA, ISC2, or any Architect certifications

Must-Haves :

5+ years of technology change / project management experience

Candidate should not have more than 40% in PMO.

Someone who has worked on Compliance, processes and structure.

Experience with creating roadmaps for execution
