About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and modern web technologies. As a Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that drive business transformation for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining a strong focus on technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with industry best practices
- Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems, with exposure to ERP integration touchpoints
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate technical concepts in a clear, non-technical manner
- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance of Dynamics 365 solutions
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features, updates, and industry trends
- Document solutions, processes, and best practices for knowledge management and future reference
Required Skills & Experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365: 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 platform and customization
- Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework
- Web Technologies: Solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript for client-side development
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and develop effective solutions
