ABOUT THE ROLE: Delivery Manager Insurance Domain
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end to end delivery operations for our Insurance Domain accounts Property and Casualty and or Auto Fire. In this strategic role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, SLA compliance, and driving sustainable account growth. You will manage cross functional teams, maintain governance standards, and identify opportunities for customer expansion while maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
End to End Delivery Management: Oversee complete delivery lifecycle from project initiation through closure, ensuring timely and quality execution of deliverables aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
Client Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, building strong relationships with C suite and operational stakeholders, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring consistent communication.
SLA Adherence and Governance: Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements SLAs, implement governance frameworks, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
Reporting and Transparency: Prepare comprehensive delivery reports, performance metrics, and executive dashboards. Communicate status updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders through regular business reviews.
Team Performance and Excellence: Lead and mentor delivery teams, drive operational excellence, optimize processes, remove bottlenecks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Account Growth and Expansion: Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross selling opportunities. Develop account expansion strategies and collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Resource and Demand Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to forecast resource requirements, manage capacity planning, and optimize resource allocation across multiple accounts and projects.
Risk Management: Identify potential delivery risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive escalation and resolution of issues to maintain client satisfaction and account health.
Required Qualifications
Experience
Insurance Domain
MANDATORY:
Minimum 5 plus years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically with Property and Casualty P and C, Auto, or Fire insurance accounts.
Proven 6 plus years of experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role managing end to end delivery operations for large enterprise accounts.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple large enterprise accounts with complex requirements and diverse stakeholder ecosystems.
Technical Team Leadership - Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive performance of technical teams development, QA, infrastructure, etc. across geographically distributed environments.
Governance and Reporting: Expert level knowledge of delivery governance frameworks, compliance standards, and ability to create comprehensive reports and KPI dashboards.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional client facing skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders, influence at all organizational levels, and maintain long term strategic relationships.
Account Growth: Demonstrated track record of identifying and driving account expansion opportunities, upselling services, and contributing to revenue growth.
Customer Satisfaction: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience with proven ability to maintain high CSAT NPS scores and resolve escalations effectively.
Process Optimization: Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.
Technical and Professional Skills
Proficiency with project management tools Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, PowerPoint, Word and data visualization tools.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle SDLC and Agile Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of insurance domain processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
Experience with insurance domain systems and platforms policy administration, claims management, etc.
Background in IT service management ITIL certification.
Experience with offshore nearshore delivery models.
Prior experience in consulting or managed services environment.

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
