Job Summary:
We’re Looking For a Lead Software (UI - React) Engineer!
Our Team is looking for someone who has a passion for building rich full stack web applications. This individual will own the full software development lifecycle to assess, and deliver critical web application that will directly impact hundreds of thousands to millions of users. This individual will also help grow and coach engineers to realize their full potential as much as be mentored and coached themselves for upward career acceleration.

What You Bring To The Table
- 7+ years of enterprise application development and platform modernization experience, including web applications development using React.js, Node.js, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular.js, HTML, CSS, SASS, REST
- 2+ years of consulting experience, working closely with enterprise clients
- 2+ year of experience leading a team
- Experience with building reusable component libraries for Design Language Systems
- Solid understanding of Browser performance
- Experience with CI/CD practices and testing (including complex unit tests, integration tests, etc.)
- Knowledge of GraphQL, Websockets, and server-side rendering
- Experience in Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in defining business needs, guiding customers in the right direction to achieve satisfactory outcomes that align with business goals
- Expert in creating detailed solutions and architecture diagrams for presentations, proposals, and implementation plans
- Strong executive presence with creative brainstorming skills, high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external stakeholders, IT management, and both technical and non-technical teams
