Undergraduate: Any degree in Design/ Fine Arts
Job Description
➔ Study design briefs and create the final output (social posts, sales collaterals, newsletters, website pages, images for blogs and case studies) in line with the brand ideology and design language
➔ Ability to work independently and with the marketing team to develop new post formats and collaterals that are visually appealing and in tune with current trends in the (SAAS) product marketing space
➔ Review competitors and other allied companies to constantly refine content and develop new ways to present content visually
➔ Implement the design philosophy for the brand so that its identity is preserved
across the website and social media.
➔ Eye for details: Check for typos, and consistency and suggest amendments is a preferred skill
➔ Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
➔ Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
➔ Develop illustrations, highly attractive videos, brand collaterals, logos, and other
➔ Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design
➔ Test graphics across various media
➔ Amend designs after feedback
Requirements
- Graduate with professional qualification/ certification in design or a related field
- 2-3 years of graphic designing experience
- Experience with 2D, and 3D Animation, Kinetic formats, motion graphics, etc.
- Hands-on with MS Office, comfortable working on Google Sheets and docs
- Bonus: B2B industry experience
- Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator,
Dreamweaver, Adobe, Photoshop)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus
- Creative and an expert on different platform designs – social media, Websites,
ppts etc.
